Park Hyatt Cabo Del Sol

The property is beautiful and truly unique. We loved the overall design of the resort. Every time we stepped outside, it was a visual pleasure to see the succulent gardens and pools. Our family had a wonderful time strolling around the resort and enjoying a wide range of activities, including swimming, table tennis, the gym, and ball games. The location is also convenient, as it is not far from Cabo San Lucas for occasional outings. The staff were exceptional—friendly, warm, and always greeting us as we passed by, while readily offering help whenever needed. While the food is on the pricey side, the Globalist breakfast offers outstanding value. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this property to others.

Our six-night stay at the new Park Hyatt Los Cabos was nothing short of extraordinary. We went to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property sets a new standard for luxury, service, and attention to detail. The service was truly unbelievable, warm, genuine, and flawlessly executed at every level. Every team member seemed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask, and they consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. It wasn’t just professional service; it was thoughtful, personal, and sincere. The attention to detail throughout the resort is remarkable. From the beautifully designed spaces and immaculate rooms to the small personalized touches that made each day feel special, nothing was overlooked. Housekeeping was impeccable, dining experiences were seamless, and every interaction felt intentional and elevated. The property itself is stunning!!! Modern, elegant, and perfectly integrated into the Los Cabos landscape. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the ocean views/whale watching, or unwinding in the room, everything felt calm, refined, and luxurious. This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The Park Hyatt Los Cabos has mastered the art of hospitality, and it’s clear that excellence is their standard, not the exception. We left already planning our return and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We would personally like to thank Enrique at the main pool and Reyma two individuals that really stood out to us by going above and beyond with their service and hospitality.

What an excellent stay. My family and I had the honor of staying at this beautiful resort during the grand opening week. I cannot stop and say how amazing both the service, food, and of course the rooms are. Everything from Datil coffee, to Madre, and costa restaurant have all been superb. Usually in Cabo the hotel food is not great or even sub par, but everything was delicious. Now from the time we stepped foot on property, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was past our expectations. Adam, the main manager also made an appreance, and made sure everything was great, and introduced himself to the rest of the family. There are still some parts on property where shrubs residences are being constructed, but overall, I will be back much sooner than I anticipated after such an extravagant stay. We did travel with our infant, and they even provided cribs, bath amenities, and plush toys for him. Talk about bonus points. I usually stay at the Waldorf, and no harm to them, but I think Park Hyatt Cabo Del Sol is our new home. Everyone will greet you with a smile, remember your name, and even make sure your baby is feeling 100% Thank you for a special weekend.

Really excellent experience here. My wife and I recently went to Park Hyatt St Kitts and I feel this property blows PHSK out of the water. From the moment we arrived they greeted my wife and daughter by name, honored my wife’s dietary preferences (even corrected me when I ordered something for her via room service) and were hands down the most accommodating to a toddler I’ve ever seen. The views were incredible and breaching whales were visible daily from our ocean front plunge pool suite. The room was honestly a bit smaller than I expected, but I’m basing that off of a large suite we had in St Kitts, so not a problem at all. Bathroom was amazing and the plunge pool was great. Keep in mind, this is a BRAND NEW property so not everything is open (one restaurant, spa, cafe opened mid stay) and service got a bit fumbled at the pool, but overall the property is absolutely amazing. My daughter and I had the ENTIRE three pools to ourselves since the property isn’t at full capacity as of Jan ‘26. The gentlemen at the pool even got my daughter a floaty and a bucket of toys — so kind. Special shoutout to Diana for answering my questions and arranging this pre-stay, Señor Manny for all his help and kindness, Daniel our concierge, and Benito/Nairobi (apologies if I spelled her name wrong) at Mesa Madre. The wine specialist at Mesa Madre was amazing as well and did such a fantastic job, but I did not catch her name. Some tips would be to visit Anima Village across the street for something different to eat, get the carrot cake at the hotel cafe, don’t be afraid to use your concierge for things you need (my wife got sick and Dani arranged medicine to be delivered), and enjoy the complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Seriously, come visit. This property is fantastic.

Amazing resort! First off, it’s located in Cabo Del Sol, which is a gorgeous area and very modern. Upon entering, you are greeted by kind staff then escorted to the lobby overlooking the ocean. You are also given a little welcome drink- delicious! The staff make you feel so welcome and at home. The property is large but very walkable. But they also have golf carts and staff comes to pick you up super quickly. Traveled with our 6 month old son. We had a nice crib in our room, as well as a baby bath tub and bath supplies. My son was also given a stuffed animal octopus, then later a stuffed animal whale. He was treated so well at this resort- everyone always said hi to him and made him smile. VIP treatment for the little boy. The staff is beyond kind everywhere on property. They remember their guests by name and are very very hospitable. They’re always willing to help and I love it. When calling them via phone or talking to them via WhatsApp, they respond quickly. Don’t get me started on the food! First off, their coffee shop is gorgeous and the drinks are delicious. They also have very yummy pastries. Their restaurants also have great food. Mesa Madre had authentic Mexican food. It’s half indoor/outdoor and has a view of the pool area. My favorites were the tamales and tacos! Costa Mar has more seafood and can be served at the restaurant or pool side. Their poke bowls are so delicious. This place is definitely my new favorite in Cabo. Thank you for the amazing experience. I can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They’d come with a bucket of ice with chilled bottled water even when we were debating which beach chair to choose. The furnishing is superb as well. It’s not yelling luxurious, but pleasing you both aesthetically and practically. I like how they have plants everywhere, even though it’s opened for less than a month. Heated kids pool and family pool are very accessible for little kids. I really like the lighting throughout the hotel, perfectly warm and bright just enough. We had both dinner and breakfast in Mesa. Food is delicious. Morning croissants are as good as best ones I had in France. We’ve been to a few Park Hyatt but the ambassadors here are the most attentive and helpful.

Just stayed at the Park Hyatt (January 12th) and have to say this property is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. The service is impeccable, the food is unbelievable, the views are top notch and the location is ideal especially once the upscale shopping center is complete. The center will offer additional places to eat and shop and will be perfect for loyal Hyatt members. There is an adults pool and Jacuzzi on site in addition to the family pool area. The rooms are large and spacious and the fact that the staff remembers you after meeting you once, truly makes the difference in my opinion.

Beautiful hotel, location, and staff are friendly. But I recommend waiting to visit till they work out their kinks. Room: for a brand new hotel you’d think they would have the most up to date technology. Blinds are manual and there is no central button to turn on/off all lights in all areas of the room. The shower drain clogged after 1 night and the lights below the vanity detached. I’m pretty sure we were the first few people to ever stay in the room so I’m surprised it already had issues. Beds were comfy and the Le Labo products were a great touch. Food: for the price, I was expecting fresh seafood, high quality ingredients, and good presentation. That was not the case. We ended up leaving the property to eat at neighboring hotels for dinner. Service: Francisco at arrival and Odette our concierge went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. As much as the restaurant, front desk and pool staff tried, service just felt disorganized, clumsy and slow. They forgot to clean our rooms one of the days we stayed even though we were one of maybe 20 parties total in the entire hotel. There were tons of staff standing around the pool but no one was proactive to hand us towels or help set up our daybeds by the pool. The restaurant also had a lot of staff but service and food prep was so slow. Water cups were not proactively refilled and we were having to wave down our waiter for assistance. It would be a great idea if staff cross trained at a more established hotel like Four Seasons or Montage next door. Small details such as handing straws to guests in a cup vs throwing it on the table really sets apart a luxury hotel vs one that is not. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and am glad we booked with points. For the cash price, there are better, more established hotels to choose from. I’m sure in a few years and after more practice, this hotel will be worth visiting again.
